How does the founding merchant pilot work?
The first 100 verified merchants receive six calendar months of Growth free. Your dashboard shows your expiry date. After that, choose R399 for a month of Growth or continue on Starter. There is no automatic charge.
What counts against the catalog limit?
Active products, including products staged for approval or marked out of stock. Removed and invalid products do not count. Full replacements are checked against their final catalog size.
Does a website visit mean a purchase?
No. Wiinta records the handoff to your website. Purchases happen on your store and are not confirmed by this dashboard.
How quickly does activity appear?
The demand page refreshes every five seconds while open. Consented searches appear after they complete, when they match your brand, catalog categories or products.
Are there commissions or click fees?
The launch offer is Starter at R0, Growth at R399 or Scale at R799 per month. Checkout referrals cost R0.60 each, across all plans, and accrue into a monthly statement. A checkout is a redirect to your store, not a confirmed purchase. Repeated requests for the same product from the same browser and network within a five-minute window count once.
What happens when a paid plan expires?
Your account and catalog records remain. Reporting returns to Starter and new imports must fit the Starter catalog limit. Renew only when you choose.
